AIR CANADA | ‘Ticket to Dream’ An ode to sacrifice.   When we were making this film, I would think often of my Dad, an immigrant from government housing in Glasgow, Scotland. And of my mom, who came from Georgetown, Guyana. Everyone who worked on this had a similar origin story – of parents who immigrated to Canada in search of a better life. And ALL we wanted to do collectively was to honour their journey, their perseverance.   Huge thanks to Air Canada for the longtime collaboration and trust. I’d follow you guys anywhere… Scripts like this don’t come along every day.
