“When shooting a film on the streets of New York - there’s a million variables to juggle. We shot on the ARRICAM LT as I knew it would be a camera we could rely on, allowing me to focus more on the story rather than the technical aspects. The story takes place in the seedy underbelly of the New York real estate market, where shady agents compete over sub-subdivided apartments. If you've lived in New York, you're probably familiar with the quirks of the city's housing - windows facing brick walls, bizarre layouts, and walk-ups that leave you out of breath. This gritty world of dusty apartments and trash littered streets provided the backdrop for this story, and the grain and imperfections of film were the perfect medium to capture this.
