My approach to training reflects my background in powerlifting, kettlebell skills, and yoga. I work 1:1 with clients to improve strength, power, mobility, alignment, and spatial awareness, with the overall goal of helping you feel more alive💧🌞⚡️
My clients come to me with a range of goals, lifestyles, and histories. But the through-line is that they’re all ready for a new orientation toward their body (aka, their life 😉).
