It has been heralded with rapturous reviews, 3 stars from the @nytimes and lots of delirious chatter from foodies near and far but it is Michelin starred Chef Vikas Khanna who creates the journey through Indias 28 states with his extraordinary food, elegant and devoted attention to every single customer that makes time at his triumphant Bungalow a meal and experience so special. With beauty, grace and a love for his patrons he and his team will transport you for a couple of blissful hours. Such a treat for me and my family. We hope, one day sooner than later to return.
