Tikka Masala Wings Recipe x

Marinade:
• 10 pcs chicken wings
• 1 tbsp
@shopdroosh tikka masala spice
• 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder or paprika
• 1 tsp dried methi leaves
• 1/4 cup yogurt
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1.5 tbsp corn starch
• 1 tbsp tomato ketchup or paste
• 1/2 lime, squeezed
Sauce for the Wings:
• 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
• 1 tbsp honey
•
@shopdroosh sweet & sour sauce
• 3-4 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
Dipping Sauce:
• 2 tbsp mayo
• 1 tbsp
@shopdroosh jalapeño sauce
• 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
Garnish:
• Spring onions or cilantro, chopped
Method:
1. Marinate the chicken and let it sit for at least 30 minutes (overnight is even better).
2. Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Then broil for 5 minutes to achieve a slightly charred skin.
For the Sauce:
1. Melt butter and sauté the chopped garlic for a few minutes until fragrant.
2. Add the remaining sauce ingredients and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
3. Coat the chicken with the sauce and sprinkle spring onions on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
