Tikka Masala Wings Recipe x @shopdroosh . . Marinade: • 10 pcs chicken wings • 1 tbsp @shopdroosh tikka masala spice • 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder or paprika • 1 tsp dried methi leaves • 1/4 cup yogurt • Salt to taste • 1 tsp baking powder • 1.5 tbsp corn starch • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup or paste • 1/2 lime, squeezed Sauce for the Wings: • 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick) • 1 tbsp honey • @shopdroosh sweet & sour sauce • 3-4 garlic cloves, chopped • 1 tsp cayenne pepper • 1 tbsp lemon juice Dipping Sauce: • 2 tbsp mayo • 1 tbsp @shopdroosh jalapeño sauce • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup Garnish: • Spring onions or cilantro, chopped Method: 1. Marinate the chicken and let it sit for at least 30 minutes (overnight is even better). 2. Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Then broil for 5 minutes to achieve a slightly charred skin. For the Sauce: 1. Melt butter and sauté the chopped garlic for a few minutes until fragrant. 2. Add the remaining sauce ingredients and simmer for 5-6 minutes. 3. Coat the chicken with the sauce and sprinkle spring onions on top. Our updated pouch design and packaging is here and starting to roll out in new retailers this month. We’re super excited to see the consumer and retail response! While still recognizable with much of our dreamy & vibrant branding kept intact, we’ve made some very important changes based on feedback we’ve received since our launch a little over a year ago. It’s been a crazy journey so far and we’re just getting started. 1. Changed our packaging from the container to a resealable stand up pouch to limit spillage, allow for more space on the shelf and in your kitchens 2. Lowered our packaging pricing so we can lower pricing for you! From $14 to now $9.99🚨🚨🚨 3. Added an easy recipe on the back of each SKU so you can quickly see how you can use our spices 4. Added icons of the types of foods we love using each spice with 5. Utilized all available space without our designs being overcrowded to showcase all our attributes: USA Made, Vegan, Natural Ingredients, No Preservatives or Artificial Coloring, etc.. 6. NO SALT ADDED! We want you to feel good and understand many people require low sodium products so we removed all added salt from The Icon, Everyday and Tikka Masala (there’s still black salt in Chaat Party obvi) 7. Added a photo and note from the founders so you can see exactly who we are Let us know what you think!
