π10 -Kneeling Delt Raises/Press (both arms)
π5/3 -Human Wheelbarrow w/ Push-Ups
π25 -Seated Press Crunches
π20 -Seated DB Shoulder Shrugs
π25 -Plank Position Single Leg Lateral Rotation
(each leg)
π25 -Decline Bench Leg Lifts
Note: 1min. rest can be taken between each exercise. 3 rounds complete the workout. Limit rest time each round to 2mins.
