When starting a push up phase you need to be in a prime position to be able to take on food and allow your body to utilise the nutrition properly to then send it to the right places. Starting a push up phase when you have too much body fat will just result in you being insulin resistant and gaining more body fat on top which will limit the amount of quality muscle mass you can put on.
This is what we had to do with
@sebasady and we’re now ready to begin our big push up phase and keep condition in a very tight spot.
I didn’t stress putting too much of a time frame on this phase. I just said to Seb, we’ll push up when you’re ready, and I judged this decision a lot by his check in pictures and progress made on a weekly basis.
