Mike Newcombe, National Cinema Manager, has opted for a timeless classic: "I'm going for 'Santa Claus', the movie with Dudley Moore and John Lithgow. Not because it's the best film but because the opening credits and music instantly take me back to being 8 years old, lying down on top of a hideous deep-pile brown shag carpet (face in hands/legs bent) in front of a fake electric fire, surrounded by a kaleidoscope of gaudy xmas lights and (no doubt highly flammable) hanging decorations.
