In we go with week 5. Weight has been sticking with a slight increase but nothing crazy. Just a waiting game now and continuing the food intake till the body accepts the fact that it needs to move up and take the weight on.
It will always happen, so just a case of waiting and just repeating the processes. Base food up this week and a 10g increase in fats which should slow the digestion of carbs down a bit and help Bodyweight stick a bit more
