This past semester, our Realities of Poverty Education program partnered with a class from Warren Wilson College on a "Rising Project." This consisted of students immersing themselves in the cafe space and creating a profile of our community educators. As students shared their reflections, they highlighted the invaluable experiences and lessons learned from our educators and activities at 12 Baskets Cafe. We are thankful to all for helping to create such meaningful and transformative learning experiences.
