Current PR 425lbs for 2 reps.
Liquid chalk, no belt, no back slap(ifykyk).
Switch grip each rep.
Last week i got this, then tried 450lbs, only got 80% of the full lift (couldn't get my shoulders back all the way).
Today, decided to go for 425lbs again, but while wearing 45lbs resistance pants.
Next week, going for 450 again.
Also lost weight, so I'm at 168lbs again😮💨

SPEED COMP RUN FROM SEPC
