Doodling on Dorrit 🙈 There is so many interesting aspects that I wasn’t aware of Doodling and I like to share some of them. First doodling, it’s similar to daydreaming and help people to turn their thoughts to something more pleasurable, it’s stimulating more areas of your brain and improving memory, stress relief, enhanced concentration and a significant boost of creativity. It’s as well considered a form of meditation to slow down your mind and being present in the moment.
