Patterned knits offer supreme warmth and a cosy touch of nostalgia nodding to our Nordic heritage. During the making of our AW24 winter collection, our team of knitwear designers took inspiration from traditional motifs in the craft of hand knitting to develop a matching set of jumper and scarf in dialogue with Swedish knits we have long seen and worn.

The intricate graphic expression makes the most out of the heavier weight of the yarns typically used in the making of these pieces, capturing the sentiment. The fit, roomy and flattering, as well as the minimal approach to ribs and finishings, anchors these pieces in the now. Explore all of our knitwear: link in bio.

Sharp lapels, buttoned-up collars, measured cuffs. When we choose to embrace formality, caring for the details is part of the fun. Yet, our suit collection takes tailoring to a new level of ease, giving blazers and trousers a contemporary edge – whether paired with sharp shirting or casual options like T-shirts or knitwear. When an object triggers an emotion, it is hard to let it go, so much so that more practical, better-suited items stand almost no chance. For our team of ready-to-wear designers, a pair of 1920s vintage earrings found in a Milanese market sparked this feeling, leading to weeks of research and collaboration with our suppliers to perfect the making of embellishments inspired by these pieces.
-
Pictured above is the result of the work: replicas of the earring designed and crafted to function as tonal adornments to a shift dress and mini skirt. The fabric has enough body to hold the shape of the garments and the placement of the pieces, which evokes a scaled-up polka-dot pattern. Comfort and ease are paramount even in our festive collection: the garments are airy and light, and adornments have been kept exclusively at the front panels during the design process, not to disturb while leaning on a backrest or sitting on a chair at the dinner table.

Tie; no tie. Why tie? The choice to embrace or reject this convention may be just as influenced by day-to-day dress codes as by instinct and principle. Unsurprisingly, it’s often a divisive and personal affair. Explore the full edit: link in bio.

To some, it's the colour of the season. Others have found in it a personal signature that has stood the test of time. But red also carries a certain intensity – even references and superstitions – making some people avoid it altogether. Such is the power of red: it's divisive, energetic, and undoubtedly magnetic.
-
When it comes to getting dressed, there's a case to be made about creating contrast and adding colour to neutral-leaning combinations: it's a styling strategy as well-known as opting for monochromatic matching. If red has a way with piquing your interest, our most recent curation gathers the items accentuating our winter collection – whether you are drawn to colour-drenching or just a touch of vibrant light. Since our first collection, launched in autumn 2017, our women’s shoes have been crafted in collaboration with skilled partners (and close friends) in Civitanova Marche, a town on the Adriatic coast of central Italy. The region’s shoemaking heritage, dating back to the 1400s, continues today through a close-knit network of specialists – many of whom are still family-owned and work on a smaller, artisanal scale. From last makers to tanneries, heel and sole makers, and artisans crafting trims and hardware, every aspect of the process takes place within just a few kilometres.
-
The shoemaking process begins with the last – a wooden mould used to shape the shoe, precisely customised to each individual design. This foundational component is carefully made by the team at Formificio Enzo, founded in 1971, and the shoes are then brought to life in close collaboration between our designers and the Effemme factory, which has been combining traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques since its establishment in 1988. Renowned for their skill and expertise, Effemme's shoemakers are recognised for their partnerships with some of the world’s most discerning brands.
