The full soundtrack of 'Blood Wedding' is out today! I am immensely grateful to everyone who was part of this journey. I had the privilege of working with some of the most amazing musicians, and it has been a dream come true to collaborate with groups like Eva Quartet of 'Le Mystère des Voix Bulgares.' The song 'Zhetvata Ide' (Harvest is Coming), which I wrote in the tradition of Bulgarian folklore, holds a special place for me in this project. My most heartfelt thanks go to everyone who supported me during this process, especially Professor Hristo Krotev for his invaluable guidance and advice. Thanks to Wim Vandekeybus / Ultima Vez & Internationaal Theater Amsterdam for their trust and the opportunity to score this project. 'Wedding Dance' is the second single of my upcoming debut album on Prova Records. It was written for Wim Vandekeybus' adaptation on Federico García Lorca's 'Blood Wedding’, commissioned by Internationaal Theater Amsterdam. The music is inspired by early flamenco styles such as 'Cante Jondo' and a variety of Bulgarian dances, such as the 'Rachenitsa'. I am incredibly grateful to have had the privilege to work with the extraordinarily musicians who made the piece come alive after 10(!) intensive hours in the studio. Had a great time last week recording the string and brass arrangements for the upcoming short film “Trokas Duras” by Jazmin Garcia x Field Trip, Gwenno Morgan’s upcoming album “Gwyw” for BBC Horizons / Gorwelion, and the arrangements for my dear friends Victor Maillard, Yarno Hoedemaekers, and Ed Botes for San Kofa Records. What a team! Thanks to everyone involved and to @studioattack for making everything sound so smooth!

SOUND ON! 🔊 never got around to posting this but it seemed like the perfect opportunity to announce that NYMPHOSE has been selected as a semifinalist in the Venice Short film festival! 🩵 so happy its life has been extended just a little bit longer. Arthur and I spent over a year working on the symbiosis between the film’s score which was composed as the script was being written to create a filmic and auditory experience that would transfer you to a world of dreams … 🌊 am currently looking for ways to share this project online with you all SOON! in the meantime @arthurbrouns and i have been busy at work on a new film project … more about that later 😏 (excerpt from my NYMPHOSE starring @annafranziskajaeger and @thimoteerobart_moviestar shot by @hadrienvedel)

‘We are but strangers here’ is a piece that I wrote for a symphonic orchestral ensemble. Incredibly thankful to have had the chance to work with, conduct and, record the musicians of the European Recording Orchestra. It’s an unreal feeling to see your own music being brought alive by live musicians. Grateful to my tutors Andy Hill & Norman Ludwin for score supervising and supervising orchestration, Derek Gleeson for additional conducting, my friends and family for the ongoing support, and, of course, the musicians. The first film I (re)scored last year in the @filmscoringacademyofeurope was 'Gabriel' (2018) by Oren Gerner. The intention of the score was to depict the psychological state of mind of the character, using a 15-headed Chamber String Ensemble. In this case the character was Gabriel, a trouble minded teenager that disappeared in the woods of the Ardennes. Special thanks to Norman Ludwin for supervising my orchestrations, Andy Hill and Christo Pavlov for score supervising, Derek Gleeson for the superb conducting and Frederik Tack for the mixing.
