There's plenty I could say about this album — that it was essentially made in a month or how it was made entirely with hardware in my home studio — but I think the scrapped titles give it away best; Esoteric Dub Grunge, Ambient Acid Funk, or (my personal favorite) Meditations on the Disillusionment of the Dance Music Industry. However, the title I ended up with reflects that, at the end of the day, for me, this art form is a personal practice and a spiritual ritual. Nothing can take that away from me. This album is not what people asked for, but it is what I have made myself vulnerable enough to share. I hope it can reach those who it’s meant to. So mote it be. artwork by @shireenhashemi
