BERLIN! This was long time coming 🤩 Two - day heels intensive! Interested? Each session will began with an intense warmup that includes cardio, stretching, core, and strength exercises. We then move on to heels technique, focusing on both on-the-spot and across-the-floor exercises. Each day, we’ll concentrate on different aspects to help you better understand the choreography we will be working on and technique behind it.
