💟 LINK IN BIO 💟 We’re fundraising to support our friend Enana to access gender-affirming care! The costs of top surgery are quoted at around €8,000, therefore our goal is to raise €10,000 to account for necessary time off work for Enana’s recovery. With your donations, they would aim to schedule their operation ASAP - ideally as soon as this autumn 2024. As some of you may know, Enana has been transitioning since 2019 and suffering from dysphoria for many years. Unfortunately the German medical system and health insurances do not cover the costs of top surgery for intersex people. Therefore we are taking matters into our own hands, and asking for the support of our community to help Enana access this life-saving care. Community is stronger than this oppressive and discriminatory system that restricts and gatekeeps healthcare! About Enana: Enana is a trans non-binary Rapper, singer-songwriter, performer and activist whose artistic engine has always been fueled by their quest for freedom and social justice. Along with @beirutsynthcenter they’ve been raising funds to provide essentials like mattresses, pillows, blankets (and more) for people recently displaced in Lebanon. During the event, QR codes will be displayed for donating to @nationstation__, an NGO in Beirut providing meals and other basic necessities.

In an email, Ebaa shared that after travelling to the Occupied Syrian Golan for family matters, she was informed that she could not return to Germany. Despite holding a valid permit, the occupation’s restrictions prevent her from crossing borders without a new visa, leaving her stuck. Ebaa expressed her deep frustration and sent her sincere apologies. We will collaborate in the future and help her to return as soon as possible. ❤️ We stand in solidarity with Ebaa and all those affected by the harsh realities of the occupation!
