Spooky season is every day if you’re on the inside, so we’ll need all the squirrels that love us to donate in horde formation to fill these commissary funds for our incarcerated BIPOC LGBTQI+ Fam! 🦇 ⁣ This month, we have our annual 🧟‍♀️🌙Halloween Costume Contest👻🔮 an immersive performance experience “The Night of the Crackheads” brought to you by Kojo the Kuntress (@kojothekuntress) & Crackhead Barney (@crackheadbarneyandfriends), our T4T Vendors Market, and a Clothing Swap to prepare us for the cold, bring jackets and sweaters (you would wear) to share with others, make sure it’s washed! (limit of 5, we will be strict) Also collecting Costumes for a good trade! Halloween is for sharing <3 We have sets by Lunatica (@no.soy.tu.luna) to soundtrack our happy hour, and an afterparty with sets by the iconic Jasmine Infiniti(@jasmine_infiniti), Lydo (@l_y_d_o), DJ Delish (@djdeliiish), our resident babes Archangel B2B Cisne (@archangeldj,@cisne.world) as well as a live performance by Cookiee Kawaii (@cookieekawaii) We’re fundraising to continue supporting 🔥F2L: RELIEF FUND🔥 which provides commissary support to Black, Indigenous, and people of color who are queer, trans and/or two-spirit and incarcerated in New York State. F2L is a community-led effort to end the incarceration of our community through resource redistribution and direct action; Founded in 2016, F2L has organized over 50+ Pack the Courts, raised over $225,000 in commissary, bailed out many individuals, and kept many more community members out of State custody by securing adequate legal representation and providing financial assistance during trial.⁣ As always - Nowadays is hooking us up with a 2-for-1 drink special during our happy hour with password T4T. Remember, you can make a non-alcoholic toast to F2L as well!⁣ ⁣ Suggested entry is $20! No black trans person will be turned away for lack of funds, but we ask that anyone and EVERYONE contribute what they can to raise as much money for F2L as possible. 20% of bar and 100% of door sales will be going to F2L, paying out our trans talent, and our organizers for the night’s work. ✧˚.⭑🕸⁣
