The Bunker Artspace opened in December 2017 as a private art space in West Palm Beach, Florida. Presenting rotating exhibitions of the Beth Rudin DeWoody Collection, The Bunker showcases a vast range of contemporary art, iconic pieces of furniture, and other curiosities. Through DeWoody’s passion, vision, and continuing support of emerging artists and galleries, she has redefined the boundaries of collecting. By championing emerging, and at times, overlooked artists, especially in the early stages of their careers, she has amassed a truly unique collection. Joachim Lambrechts is a contemporary Belgian artist known for his vibrant, playful, and often abstract paintings that are rooted in his life experiences and childhood memories. Music, in particular, is one of his recurring themes and is closely related to the evolution of his artistic practice. Lambrechts' pieces often feature distorted figures and lively scenes, with influences drawn from street art, pop culture, and his personal experiences. Lambrechts currently has a solo show at Kristin Hjellegjerde Gallery @KristinHjellegjerdeGallery in which he pays tribute to jazz legends from throughout history.
