I’m grateful for far too many things and even the simplest of things, but one connection I know I’m grateful for is that with The Carry Nation. Last weekend they celebrated the 10 year anniversary of their party and what a fantastic and life altering experience it was when I first found myself on the dance floor when Carry was closing Good Room. The warmth and energy is something I continually think back to. I still remember being at the corner of Myrtle and Broadway in early 2017 when Will and Nita sent me their reactions on FB messenger to my remix of “As If”. It has since become one of my favorite productions. To work alongside them and build a record label together has been, well, Major. They are a constant stream of inspiration.
