Unlike a conveyor shot which moves horizontally between scenes, a pedestal shot moves up and down. Director Wes Anderson frequently uses both conveyor shots and pedestal shots in his commercial and film work.
A worms-eye POV simply means an upward tilted camera shown from the perspective of being on the ground, like what a worm might see. In this music video, this technique becomes more literal as we see funeral goers from inside the grave with a lens titles upward from below ground.
