I’M CURRENTLY IN BIG SUR WITH MY LOVER …so here I am posting these lovers in Big Sur 🥰😭🫶🫀🖼️🌊☀️ (this remains one of the most moving and impactful weddings I’ve had the privilege of participating in) Fun things I’d like to mention: 1. These photos were edited with TESS’S PRESETS!!!!!!!!!!! She asked me to take these bad boys for a test drive and they’re toooooo freaking good. They’re film inspired and let me tell you, they are freakily matchy with the actual film photos I took this day! She nailed it!!! It is quite literally… all about relationships. To me, that is the most important thing in the world and what I value above all else. I’m feeling grateful for my people and their people today. I love you Nadine Ps here are some photos (film and digital) of Bethany and Daniel’s perfect day in Cambria & Cayucos, shot by my associates Ellie and Eve and then I couldn’t resist heading to the after party hehe. Their wedding was a perfect example of lightheartedness, swag, and deep, connected relationships with family and chosen family.

Seven years married 🫀🦢 to this almost-30-year old father of an almost 3-year-old. Life happens fast and I’m happy it’s with Theo. He’s not on Instagram so I’ll spare you all for the most part— but man is it beautiful to share a life with someone. Something we’ve been tripping out on since having del is realizing we are building a family… by choice. When you’re a kid, you see married couples and you’re like “yeah that makes sense, they’re family, they go together”… “those are so-and-so’s parents” … but they used to be strangers !!! They choose each other every single day until one day they are a family. That’s so beautiful. It’s a gift to be building a family with someone so heartfelt and honest and fun. I am feeling pure joy this week as we celebrate our anniversary (or our family’s birthday as we’ve explained to our toddler), theos birthday, and dels birthday all in a matter of days. A final thought — weddings are funny. Don’t get me wrong, I love our wedding and wouldnt change a thing. It was so magical and free and sweet. buuuut I almost didn’t want to share the photos because what if my wedding wasn’t perfect or timeless or what if this or that… What matters most is the joy you and your lover feel and the way you were celebrated so wholeheartedly by your loved ones. It’s impossible to have a perfect wedding so just allow your heart to lead the way towards whatever you value most; whether that’s fun or presence or reverence. In the world of instagram and Pinterest, turn off the noise and trust yourself. Your day will be imperfectly beautiful and tender no matter what I LOVE YOU ALL & don’t forget to wish Theo a happy birthday this Friday hehe Final word — thank you so much to @nmrunyan for taking these photos on film!
