One thing I noticed: as soon as you bloom in and with what you do, as soon as you start glowing in the comforting darkness of the depression you’ve been carrying along for years, turning it into your superpower and being able to sense all kinds of energy, as soon as you feel like bringing out the version of you you kept hidden, as soon as you show some confidence, as soon as you’ve found comfort in your own skin - people will be offended. So whats the point of shying away from success, from being seen, from actually reaching your goals?! I really don’t understand why it’s so hard for some people to just be happy for one another. To just not judge. To just not talk bad about people. To just mind your own business and just glow in your own light since that would not be dimmed by mine shining bright, finally. You never know what people had to go trough to be that confident and successful version of themselves. So just support. Today, I stand in front of the mirror, and for the first time in a very long time, I see myself. The reflection staring back at me is fierce, unapologetic, and unafraid to claim her sensuality. This is not just a trend; it’s a revolution of loving oneself wholeheartedly, healing, without boundaries or shame. No longer should or will society define beauty based on their limited ideals as we all are our own sensual force to be reckoned with, and here to unapologetically indulge in self-love. Life is so fucking vivid and therefore so fragile. Not just „life“ in general but everything that’s included. Waking up, eating, working out, meeting friends/family, going to work, sleeping with a roof over your head or just the sky to cover you, exchanging smiles and looks with strangers, hearing your very own blood pulsating in your ears… It’s the simplest things. I wonder how much of a peaceful place this would be all over when all those little puzzle pieces would be seen as directly connected and precious. Maybe just taken less for granted. It feels like everything is falling apart right now. But everything will eventually fall back together. Not potentially to where it was but to something new that formed out of the wrecks of hope and pain. See the beauty of things and how much each and every one of us is part of it. Anything. In your own ways. It’s that simple. You spin inside yourself, calmly, unbothered. Absorbing anything you are and are not, are supposed to be. Your very own haven of peace is nowhere else to be found than in yourself first. Unshakable to others and yourself. You are the center of yourself. You are your center. Rest in you.
