Was planning all week to teach something different but something wasn’t didn’t feel comfortable in the process…all leading up to choreographing 20 8’s and rearranging the studio track to have a different musical structure in a couple hours time 😅 just a gentle reminder to create opportunities to challenge yourself and remind yourself not to second guess or overthink.
