I’m pregnant again, growing my family and pouring my truth into my art. There’s different forms of resistance but silence is not it so while I post less I want to make my position abundantly clear: All systems of oppression are rooted in white supremacy and the capitalist system. If you dig deep enough it’s all connected. The fall of the empire is inevitable not if but because enough of us choose to be brave. I have always said: choose love over fear. Reciprocity over extractionism, power to the people, land back and anti-fascism, until my last breath! I refuse to believe in another outcome. Yes we absolutely should take seriously what is happening all over the world. But we cannot let fear immobilise us. We cannot afford despair. We need to pour our rage and our pain into resistance and we need to pour our love into nature, our communities, our families and ourselves. Believe in the ripple effect - be the first to throw the stone. Of truth. Of love. Don’t wait for the people who will stop all of this. We are the people! No one wants to live in a world like this. Why do we act like human suffering is ineluctable? Don’t let a system that prioritises profit over people tell you there is not enough for all of us. It was designed to keep us apart - lets get free together. P.s I’m making myself vulnerable by sharing my pregnancy before the 12 week “mark” but I don’t think it’s fair so many women suffer in silence during the often times hardest weeks of pregnancy. Why would we expect that as society? I know not every pregnancy equals a baby being born, this is my forth pregnancy and two ended early. Miscarriages are part of life and I’m prepared to share this possibility the same way I’m overjoyed to share the possibility of a growing family with you right now.

Can you believe this is an independent project? I still don’t have a label in the background nor did we have the big money - this was born out of passion and dedication. My first born made me a mother and I will forever cherish the transformation it brought. I didn’t expect it to feel so different to do all the baby things again in the prime of my motherhood. It’s not so much about having experience it’s more about having the chance to be super present because my brain is not occupied by becoming a mum and my life doesn’t have to completely change to fit kids in. Plus I have worked a lot on my nervous system so I‘m managing to meet the chaos with a lot more calm.
