Never have really gone out for pride before in a look before. Did my own make up, Felt seen in a new and good way, felt like myself in a new and great way way, and had a lot of fun this pride!!! It really felt like home this year. Pride is everyday but i love an occasion to dress up! Thankful for friends 🤍

Last bits of before and final days of this NYC trip. It’s been a long while but in hindsight I think I’ve been closing myself off for a while to protect myself and process a lot, a LOT of changes. I think I forgot what it felt like to be present and it’s slowly starting to come back to me. Thankful for the friends and acquaintances, here and there, past and present (and definitely including way more than just those tagged in this post), who, I think, have been able to see the me behind the scratched up plexiglass divider it feels like Ive been trying to see through. ❤️
