My costume for Halloween this year was a pumpkin. I fabricated some sleeves and boot covers. And bought a cheap Amazon coak to help round out the look. Mounted to a skateboard helmet, a lightweight epoxy resin core with a foam pumpkin skin. The jaw is voice activated. The eyes are rc controlled with a switchover to auto "look around" feature. The stem and flip top lid are on a palm sizes rc control. A silent cooling fan inside creates a flow that keeps the smoke from backfilling and temperature comfortable.
