New signing! Welcoming Timi Akindele-Ajani @akinajan to the @pavilionworks roster! Timi is our second signing now joining the talented @diane_russo. Timi Akindele-Ajani is a British-Nigerian filmmaker and photographer based in London. Timi brings a unique creative vision to every project. His work seamlessly blends classic storytelling with a romantic sensibility, creating rich, immersive worlds that resonate with emotional depth and originality. As a fresh voice in the industry, Timi has developed a long-standing relationship with singer-songwriter Samm Henshaw, collaborating on a series of standout projects. He also completed a BFI short film that has been featured in BAFTA-qualifying festivals, showcasing his talent and momentum in film making. At Pavilion Works, we’re excited to represent Timi because of his bold approach to storytelling and his ability to craft narratives that not only entertain but challenge and inspire. We believe Timi’s voice will help shape the future of the industry, and we’re thrilled to support him on this journey.

We are excited to welcome Diane Russo Cheng @diane_russo to the @pavilionworks roster. Diane is our first official signing which marks a new era for Pavilion Works! Hailing from New Jersey. Diane draws on her loud Italian American upbringing and queer identity to tell stories that pull out the raw emotion from her characters. From anger and frustration to joy and ambition, she translates those emotions into visceral and stunning imagery. Often focusing on socially conscious themes, with a particular emphasis on women and the LGBTQ+ community, Diane has collaborated with brands like Adidas, Spotify, and Nike and has been awarded with multiple staff picks and Silver at 1.4. Her work has screened at Berlin Commercial, Kinsale, Palm Springs and Clermont Ferrand.

The session will be taking place on November 26th at the Pavilion Works offices in South London (or online!). We’ll be hosting 10 one on one sessions with directors and photographers looking to break into the industry.  Each person will be presenting their work to the Pavilion Works team and Wieden+Kennedy joint head of production Rich Adkins and Amy Leach.
