It was the tide & the moon which truly inspired and motivated me rather than the beaches themselves. ⏳ 🌝 🌊

« Clouds with gold lining » old work for a group exhibition in July 2023 but honestly it was my own emotional response from seeing so much atrocities involving fire in my home country. Through the process I was able to see fire as something fierce and powerful like a rebirth rather than something painful and destructive (while this series will stay as double-edged sword). And will have to go on like Phoenixes.
