Falling in Love with Tokyo: September Gonna be dumping and highlighting everything I wanna remember before the year is up 🤧💞 This is the month of September!! Happy 2nd birthday to my little gremlin. I found Biccy on the street in Australia (~5weeks old) last year, and that was it. I cannot begin to describe the whirlwind we‘ve been on since then. To summarize: two countries, three homes, a failed relationship, me leaving to Korea to wait out my lease… to her eventually being held hostage by said ex (so I’d have to stay in contact with him while away in Kr), coming back to NY a midst a shit show, and figuring out where to pick up again. Yes, she is THAT girl. Long story long I think back to everyone who’s helped make sure her and I were safe and taken care of. To which I am truly grateful. I think back to the same time last year where I was, and told myself we wouldn’t be in back there again. And I’m not. I can only laugh thinking back on all of it. Especially the fact I paid 4000aud to fly her out of Aus to NY, and she had a layover in DUBAI? She really is my child. Now, there are so many new people for her to meet, and more places to live. Currently miss her waking me up every morning to eat breakfast together. I always say I hope she knows how much she’s loved, because I wouldn’t have been able to make it through the last two years without her 🤍🤍🤍
