How I started out in business, and what I love most about @virgin (and life). A reminder to create a life based on fun, and throw yourself wholeheartedly into it.

Five ways to be inventive: 1. Constantly ask questions and remain curious about everything. Wherever I go and whoever I'm with, I ask dozens and dozens of questions a day. 2. Listen, deeply. 3. To be inventive, don't try too hard to be inventive. My best ideas often come when I'm on holidays, or when I'm hiking, cycling, hitting a tennis ball, reading a book, sitting around the dinner table (or dancing on it!) 4. Surround yourself with interesting people and give them the confidence to share their most abstract ideas. Then repeat steps 1 and 2. 5. Write everything down, and have a lot of fun.

Looking back at a wonderful night at @VirginHotelsNYC with the @Superhumans.Center - a Ukrainian medical center, providing cutting-edge prosthetics, psychological support, and rehabilitation services to those injured at war. I've shared more about the vital work they do at the link in my Stories.

Year in, year out – these are my favourite decorations on the Christmas tree, and my favourite gifts to give. All @MADE51_unhcr products are made by refugees who leave their livelihoods behind when they flee their countries. Their livelihoods may be lost, but their skills, traditions, knowledge, and craftsmanship remain with them. Initiatives like Made51 are such fantastic ways of providing refugees with a livelihood, while also creating wonderful products that you can’t find on the high street!

When one of the lights wasn’t positioned quite right at @Virgin’s new office in London, I just couldn’t help myself... Sometimes you’ve got to walk the walk, and light the lights!

Another incredible Strive Challenge for the books - this time in the UAE and Oman! We crossed the sand dunes on foot, trekked through sun-drenched deserts, cycled through mountain reserves, swam and kayaked through lakes framed by jagged mountains, hiked to oases, and stargazed at night 🌟 @adamslama @bigchangecharity
