You can discover and tastes it at the bar during the festival 🍻 — Breer Pale Ale (ABV: 5.6%) - Brewed by Upcycling Surplus White Bread The White Bread Pale Ale is a unique twist on a classic pale ale, incorporating the comforting flavors of white bread. It pours a light golden color with a slightly hazy appearance and a fluffy white head, and each sip carries with it a subtle malt sweetness and a touch of floral hops. With a clean and smooth finish, this is a beer lover’s beer, a refreshing and easy-drinking pale ale. Bolo Bao IPA (ABV: 6.3%) - Brewed by Upcycling Surplus Pineapple Buns Our Bolo Bao IPA, which pays tribute to this iconic treat, is generously hopped with citra, vic secret, and sabro giving hints of tropical flavours of coconut and pineapple. With heavy additions of wheat and oats along with our regular use of surplus Bolo Bao gives a smooth mouthfeel and small additions of lactose and vanilla give this 6.3% IPA an easy-drinking reminder of that famous street food.
