CHROMA began in 2019, but it wasn’t until @kristina_chan_ of @plaintiff.press encouraged that it should be a book that it was ever going to see the light of day. We designed the book together with @mia_doerwald who shared the cover design and it was love at first sight. CHROMA is dedicated to @asliyilmazturk whose perspective and friendship I will cherish forever.

For CHROMA each artwork is printed on several pieces of silk habotai fabric by the wonderful team at @dyenamixinc lead by Raylene. Each fabric piece is then individually stretched and built together within oak wooden frames by @forartssake to create a three dimensional piece that changes depending on where it is viewed from. I am so grateful to @marie_obegi and @maison.pan for giving CHROMA a home. And thank you for letting us take over the space by covering the entire space in 250 meters of fabric. Also grateful to set designer @louis.gibson his collaboration made the whole process such joy.

CHROMA opened in London last month. Thank you to everyone who came to see and support it, it was a dream come true!
