Faisal Al Khaldi, a 5-year-old from Gaza, tragically witnessed the loss of his 7-month-pregnant mother and father when their home was bombarded by the Israeli army while they slept. This devastating event left Faisal and his older brother Adam to face unimaginable hardship as they were forced to see the murder of their parents and unborn younger sibling in front of them. Faisal suffered an open wound caused by shrapnel, affecting his bladder and ability to walk.

Thanks to @mofa.qatar and our Treatment Abroad
Team led by @tareqhailat. Faisal has been evacuated with his brother Adam, Aunt (@mona_alkhaldi22), and Uncle (@abed_faisal) to Qatar for medical care. Faisal is one of many children evacuated for treatment globally under our Treatment Abroad Team.

However, our work is far from complete. With your help, we will continue our mission to provide critical assistance and healing to children like Faisal who are in dire need of medical care and support. We thank everyone from Qatar for their excellent care, @eye.on.Palestine @translating_falasteen for advocating and bringing attention to these children, and you for your constant support that allows us to help more children in the future.

Fadi Alzant, a 6-year-old from Gaza has endured months of inadequate nutritional and medical care for his Cystic Fibrosis. Stranded in Kamal Adwan hospital in northern Gaza, his chronic condition steadily worsened with each passing day leaving him acutely malnourished and suffering from pneumonia.

Fortunately, Fadi’s situation took a turn for the better when PCRF’s Treatment Abroad Team, led by @tareqhailat, began facilitating his evacuation for life saving medical care. Fadi was first evacuated from the north of Gaza to the South of Gaza by our team in collaboration with @who. Once he was in the south of Gaza with PCRF’s team on the ground, we were able to facilitate his evacuation to Egypt, where he received immediate care to stabilize his condition. Once he was deemed fit to travel, Fadi was transported to the USA with his mother @shoshozant where he will finally receive the comprehensive treatment he desperately needs at @northwellhealth

This journey marks a beacon of hope for Fadi and his family, offering a chance at a brighter and healthier future. Please consider donating to continue supporting PCRF in its mission to aid children like Fadi in Gaza who are in dire need of assistance. Your generosity can make a significant difference in their lives and provide them with the care and support they require.

Special thanks to PCRF’s Treatment Abroad Team for their dedicated work and tieless efforts (team members tagged in last picture), our PCRF NYC Chapter volunteers @pcrf_nyc , and the Palestinian Ambassador to the United Nations & and NYC community for joining in the welcoming of Fadi.

You remember Nada ?
After 67 failed surgeries to save her leg from amputation she already arrived to D.C to start her treatment in a better hospital, Thanks for Dr. Sami Tufahha and Senator Chris van hollen for helping to transfer her and make sure she gets a visa along with her mom to the U.S.

Also I want to thank @pcrf_dcmetro for receiving her.

Thank you people of D.C 😘

PCRF is honored to welcome the return of the Australian medical mission, led by renowned surgeon Dr. Tim Kinnan, specializing in knee arthroscopy, to Rafidia Governmental Hospital after an eight-year hiatus.

Through PCRF, this dedicated team of volunteers has worked closely with the hospital’s orthopedics department, performing life-changing surgeries and providing critical care to children in need. Alongside their medical work, they have shared their expertise through specialized training for local staff, ensuring continued excellent care after the mission ends.

This mission is a true testament to PCRF’s ongoing commitment to providing life-saving medical care, building local capacity, and strengthening healthcare services in the region.

We thank Dr. Kinnan and his extraordinary team. Their efforts bring not only vital medical support but also renewed hope, compassion, and care to our patients and their families. 💙

Today is Human Rights Day, a time for reflection and action! At PCRF, we dedicate this day, and every day, to the precious lives of the most vulnerable among us: the children of Gaza and the Levant, whose innocence and dreams deserve to be protected.

Every child has the right to live free from fear, violence, and hardship. Let us remember our shared responsibility to provide these children with the love and support they need for a brighter tomorrow.

Together, we can create a world where every child thrives in health, peace, and dignity.

As winter sets in, our dedicated team at PCRF has launched the Tents Project in Gaza, a vital initiative that was implemented despite numerous challenges.

Using materials sourced from the local market, our team in Gaza constructed these tents to provide displaced families with shelter from the brutal wind and rain.

We deeply appreciate the support of everyone involved in making this crucial project a reality. With the ongoing crisis in Gaza each tent is a lifeline, offering families a chance to find shelter this winter.

We are grateful to announce the successful completion of the Childhood Protection Center’s play area, as well as the rehabilitation of the educational room and bedroom flooring for this crucial project, operated by the @palestineredcrescent (PRCS) in Tulkarem.

This achievement was made possible through the generous donation of Mr. Mohammad Alrai, in loving memory of his parents, AlHaj Saleh Al Rai and Ahajah Khawla Abu Eita.

In these challenging times in the West Bank and Tulkarem City, this play area represents more than just a space; it is the only haven where our orphaned children can play, learn, and create cherished memories. It provides them with the opportunity to engage in activities that foster joy and development.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to this transformative project! Together, we are providing these children with a brighter and happier environment in which to thrive. 💙
