“ISSUE *01” with Rubén Aires. 20. Model and Creative. Raised in Rubí. Based in Barcelona. -What defines who you are? “Staying still has never suited me. Yet, my daily life reflects responsibility, a commitment to health, and a sense of productivity, qualities instilled in me through the discipline I received on my upbringings. From an early age, I started being captivated by fashion and music, I would meticulously note down the looks I admired from teen movies and reinterpret them with my own artistic flair. Upon finishing high school, I found that studies in fashion and garment-making were the ones best aligned with my interests. During this period, I had my first encounter with the artistic scene of the city. Shortly after completing my studies, I embarked on a career as a professional model, a path that I have been fortunate enough to pursue ever since. This profession keeps me tethered to the fashion world, offering me the privilege of traveling and drawing inspiration from the places I visit and people I get to know. However, I have realized that it is not enough-I still feel incomplete. My creativity yearns for broader expression, which is why, over the past year, I have been immersed in a personal project soon to be unveiled: Ërreâ”
