I’ve been working under and partnered with @siri_imani and @triiibefoundation for close to 4 years now. What she has managed to bring to the city, the community and the culture has been beyond anything I can imagine. The things I’ve managed to do have also been beyond my wildest dreams. I’m honored to come back and come harder for the people I appreciate the most. I was once 12 years old with visions and ambition and limited places to be seen or heard. But I was blessed with gifts to give and 20 years later we’re still serving. “MORE THAN RICH” is a program focused on our youth. Our platform and goal is to not only help with artist development but artist encouragement. Teaching the fundamentals, the history and the business. No telling where we’d all be if we had that pat on the back and shoulder to lean on. S/o to @deadrichstreetwear and my brother @hiregpack for also being leaders of the new school. I have been holding it so long 😭 @imaniiiproductions x @turichbenjy x @_deadrichofficial presents to you- “More Than Rich” 🤲🏾 This program was birthed from the love of our young artists coming up after us & our dedication to the evolution of music! There’s no secret many artists are learning certain “recipes” & “routes” towards monetizing their art, but does that mean they’re necessarily getting the chance to express themselves? Is it natural or authentic to who they are? Or is it simply a means of getting to the financial stability & experiences they wish to see? Most times it’s the last option and at no fault of their own. As the more seasoned artists & humans it’s on us to provide them with spaces they can thrive as themselves! And that comes with education. This program will select 3 young artists every quarter between 13-19 years old to work closely with @turichbenjy , @hiregpack , & I . During the 3 months each artists will - *Be taught how to properly put together an album. *Receive writing, vocal, and performance lessons. *Learn and set up all business accounts/platforms needed to monetize music. *Receive studio time * Media Plan & Roll out for project *Receive 1 on 1 mentorship’s with local artists in their field. *Perform their project for their first paid performance & more! Our goal is to provide the youth in Cincinnati with other options that encourage full exploration of their feelings, helps them discover their “why,” and walks them through the fundamentals many of us got to experience that ultimately grows the love and respect for our art forms. We are here to show the youth that as artists, we are timekeepers, history holders, prophets, and so much more. We were always meant to be MORE THAN RICH ✨ We are still looking to collaborate with MANY local artists, venues, sponsors, businesses and entrepreneurs as well!
