I had the pleasure of serving as EP on MINSEO by Emily May Jampel. The #documentary is a sensitive portrait of Minseo Angelica Kim (she/they), a young Korean American model, as they navigate life and a fashion career in New York. From micro-aggressions on set to conversations with supportive, but concerned, parents, we highlight various intimate moments from this new chapter in Minseo’s life. MINSEO will be having its New York premiere on 8/8/2024 in the How To Live As An Asian Woman In NYC shorts program at the 47th Asian American International Film Festival, which runs August 1-11 @asiancinevision. For those who can’t attend the screening in person, MINSEO premiered globally online on @nownessasia and is available to view there and on @vimeo. I’m just sharing 90 seconds here. Congrats to Emily, Stevie, Jack, Minseo, and everyone involved! Starring: Minseo Angelica Kim
