This is my official application to the @lastlooks.crew Mentorship Program! I heard about the program last year and thought, "What an amazing opportunity that would've been to be a part of." So when I found out it was happening again this year, I had to jump on right away for a shot to be considered! To be able to advance in this industry, you must take any opportunity presented to you. I've been a makeup artist for a few years, but there is only so much I can learn on my own. This is why I would love to be a part of this program. I strive to grow as an artist and advance in my career with the ability to accomplish anything that gets thrown my way. My drive and motivation can get me far, but to be mentored by a seasoned artist would be career altering. Establishing a lifelong career in the industry takes years of dedication! So to be able to obtain new makeup skills, techniques, and knowledge of how to navigate this crazy industry would not only broaden my horizon but would reinforce my strong foundation to grow from and gain a newfound confidence to move forward with.
