@charli_xcx has always served looks, but since stylist @chrishoran20 joined her team in 2021, it’s been Next Level Charli (pun intended). For the pop singer’s viral “360” music video, Horan rose to the challenge. “The video was shot [in] two days, the day after the Oscars and the following day—when a lot of the guest cameos were in town,” the stylist tells NYLON. “I remember her manager telling me and me being like, ‘you’re joking,’ because I have other clients and that’s a very busy week.
