‘Everyone’s welcome’ When I started @personailityuk, I wanted a brand that encouraged people to be individual and show their personaility’s through their work and individuality. I didn’t want a ‘you can’t sit with us’ brand or culture. As a session manicurist I get to work with teams from across the globe, with different opinions, thoughts, ideas and cultures that all get brought together for that ‘moment’. That’s what I always wanted from my brand, a collaboration of creative minds and an ‘our door is always open’ mindset. Starting Personaility has been tough but this last year has been incredible and I finally feel like we’re reaching the pinnacle!
