Fresh off the press—a glimpse at some behind-the-scenes moments from Trey and Caroline’s beautiful rehearsal dinner. We transformed a charming restaurant into a cozy French bistro, with geraniums blooming throughout and vintage French baskets filled with flowers, tied with custom ribbons so guests could bundle their own floral posies. Their beloved dog, Lady, made her anticipated debut. The dinner tables were a perfect example of “less is more”, featuring elegant dishes, sparkling glassware, delicate flowers, and charming menus—simple details that elevated the entire evening. We had all the ingredients for a spectacular night: gorgeous backdrop, stunning floral & design by @mindyricedesign, and a steady diet of fabulous food and craft cocktails by @stanlyranchauberge, but it was Liza and Joe Max's choreographed first dance to "Everywhere" by Fleetwood Mac that literally brought the house down. The @dartcollective Half Moons kept the dance floor packed all night. It was ALL FUN. What a fabulous evening for a fabulous group that knows how to have a good time! Reflecting on one of our all-time favorite weddings and clients, this celebration was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The day began at the historic Santa Barbara Presidio Church, a structure with simple architecture on the outside, yet graced with stunning fresco paintings within. Bright florals beautifully enhanced the interior, lining the aisle and arching over the understated entry doors. Following the ceremony, guests were welcomed to the family’s residence—a historic home perched on a breathtaking bluff overlooking Santa Barbara. The space was filled with rich florals, elegantly draped linens, and a variety of tents that created intimate retreats throughout. Anyone who has visited Carmel, knows that @casanova_carmel is an iconic spot in town. @mindyricedesign turned it up level, adding a French style flower market street side, which greeted the guests as they arrived for C&T’s intimate rehearsal dinner. I also loved how @tpddesignhouse brought the couples pup Lady into the design through the menus and other details 🌹

This past week was an absolute dream celebrating Caroline and Trey! It was a truely so much fun working alongside a dear friend @kindredeventsco and our amazing MOB, Ami, to bring their vibrant, whimsical vision to life. The reception space was a feast for the eyes, layered with rich, colorful textiles that added depth and warmth, while every corner was filled with carefully curated details—soo many it’s hard to describe! The day began with a misty ceremony at a charming church in Pebble Beach, where the fog created a mystical ambiance that felt otherworldly. As the day unfolded, guests were treated to a sunset that cast a golden glow over the Carmel mountains, transitioning into a starlit evening that perfectly capped off the celebration.
