Discreet but appreciated by his peers, Blazy has been working for some of the world’s leading fashion Houses for almost 20 years. Revealed to the public in 2021 following his appointment as Creative Director of Bottega Veneta, where he had been assisting Daniel Lee for just over a year, the French-Belgian designer’s career is as rich as it is diverse. By exploring the know-how of the workshops, he revolutionized the aesthetics of the House and gave it a second wind, spurred on by his new notoriety. Today, Blazy’s ascent to the coveted position of Creative Director of Chanel, following in the footsteps of Virginie Viard, seems to be taking on a new dimension.
