Who works harder than a Greek diner owner? Turns out, a Cypriot one. Chris Millouras has been slinging breakfast staples and his famous roast turkey sandwiches at Eddy's on Broadway in Kingston, NY since 1971 and is finally hanging up his apron this Sunday. I only made it in a handful of times, but each was to witness an hour of performance art in this wood-paneled time capsule in Midtown Kingston. Cash only, NY Post, no nonsense.
