Here’s some of my favorite little detail shots from the book avail now, link in the bio. 1. The weather was rough, but @barneypage skated through the rain, sometimes all day. This particular day was tough, wet and muddy. A before and after of him changing into drier clothes. 2. Skating into the night powered by @irnbru which is the most popular soda in all of Scotland and matched the hi viz colors nicely. 3. Stretching after a long day in a campsite bathroom.

Releasing a new book today of @barneypage skate across the UK to raise money and awareness for @thebenraemersfoundation. Link in bio for order form. Incredible, impressive and inspiring Barney spent 24 days skating from tip top of Scotland to the bottom of England in Land’s End. 900+ miles across a few weeks and lucky for him, I was there annoying him with a camera in his face. It was iconic and I’ll forever be in awe of @barneypage and him skating day in, day out. Against the wind in a rain farm, through down pours of rain, dodging crazy drivers and skating through multiple setups. The trip was magical, and I’m excited for people to see the book and see @ryan.sherman incredible doc he has made about the piece when it comes out. Huge thanks to everyone @backdowntrav @gwolsh @mf_csg @vermilyea for the layout of the book and patience and help, @colemathews for the endless support and everyone that donated and pushed him to finish. New music video I directed for @theirrepressibles new song “In The Rhythm.” A super fun one to make, @zinglyng reached out saying the band wanted to make a video about a gay skater couple for their song. I heard the song and pitched them the idea of a gay Thelma and Louise inspired video ft @big_nakie and @beanie_weeenie as the talent. They loved them both, but the video had to be done in just a few days, so we simplified things and kept it to a day of filming their daily life. Focusing on their relationship, their love, their antics and trying to keep it as candid and authentic as possible. Super happy how it turned out, thank you for having me direct this one @zinglyng @theirrepressibles and thanks to @big_nakie and @beanie_weeenie for being the cutest. Major thanks to @deelimvere for DP’ing and everything. @zckbss for the great edit and @jakes.colour_ for the wonderful coloring job.

New directing work for @grindr continuing their #metongrindr series. Casting people who met using the app, we spent a few weeks zooming with all the talent to get to know them and their story before spending 4 days filming 8 different sets of talent. It was such a mega week (think Brat before Brat was Bratting) and it was really beautiful to work with all these people. It was really a special one and I’m not even gonna come close to conveying that in this caption but just so many thank yous to @stergysterg @alxblck and everyone at @grindr. @joshchertoff and @baltarescu at @bowsxarrows for being an absolute slay and my hunky lens king @benjaminwhatley for shooting an amazing piece. Last few from the week spent in Panama documenting the @rainbowsurfretreats @surfergays gathering. Every few months a big group of LGBTQ+ surfers from all over the world gather at a beach to connect with other queer surfers, have fun, be fierce and enjoy the beautiful ocean. It’s so much fun shooting in the water, it’s also chaotic but I think I lost 10 pounds swimming out there 5+ hours a day trying to capture everything. Lots of respect for all the surf photogs/Filmers out there 🫶🏻 (plz tag anyone I forgot to tag.)
