Those colors 😍 Such a fun workshop in Avila Beach yesterday @sinorlavallee @shuckshackavila experimenting with some of their beautiful & delish wines. Plus a special treat of 3 different samples with lees (deposits of dead yeast & particles), in red and green grapes ✨️

We absolutely loved having @daniellerenee.art out at the Shuck Shack to facilitate a unique class on the ancient practice of using wine as a painting medium. Such a special experience to see our wine change and evolve on paper just as it does in a glass and bottle. We can’t wait to do it again!!

So 2024 harvest is off to the races. Started with Palomino from Rancho Cucamonga for @tomassinor label. Pictured is our first picking of Bassi Vineyard. So proud of @scar_of_the_sea and @lady.of.the.sunshine for taking the baton and raising the bar. After 6 vintages interning around the world, this is the first harvest for Tomas and i to crush together. Having our daughter @esmeesinor as the intern will be a great balance. 💪

We loved the Edible Magazine Summer House event at @lalomitaranch this week! So much community love, along with our local farmers, winemakers, restaurateurs, hospitality leaders, and food enthusiasts who nurture our food system in @slocal. Two of our SLO Coast wineries paired wines to taste the California landscape on the final day. The Sinor-LaVallee @sinorlavallee wine social brought fresh cool-climate wines and their PetNat of Pinot Noir to pair with Brigit Binn's Cali-Italian sauces. At the Closing Night Dinner, Chef Jacob Burrell @jacobjburrell of Niner Wine Estates @ninerwineestates, cooked up a masterpiece meal with ingredients grown in their garden. The Niner Rosé was a hit in the fading sunshine, along with coastal Chardonnay and Grenache.
