UAE | A few weeks ago, we took another meaningful step forward with our THINK EQUAL initiative, bringing together changemakers, advocates, and industry leaders to focus on empowering women in leadership and accelerating gender equality in the marcomms industry.

In partnership with @webershandwickmenat, the morning was filled with insights, inspiration, and actionable strategies to create a more balanced and inclusive industry. Thank you to @leopoldajami for leading an engaging workshop on the Art and Science of Ethical Persuasion. Through his practical, science-based approach, we explored how small changes can lead to significant impact—both professionally and personally.
