In honor of the brand’s 25th anniversary, we teamed up with LoHi Magazine to celebrate Biscayne Bay’s icon with a diorama capturing the eccentric ~je ne sais quoi~ and familiar faces (see who you can spot!). Last night we welcomed @lofficielstbarth and @d_puglia_ for the kick-off of an installation by @istanbul74_ in collaboration with @utopia_flags and artists including @antonioarico and @peter_matthews_artist , under the theme ‘Va’ dove ti porta il vento’ (‘Go Where The Wind Takes You’) The week-long Flags for Future installation invites guests to explore the intersection of art and sustainability. Checking in for Miami Art Week: Disco + Design, an exhibition that celebrates disco’s enduring influence on contemporary culture through immersive, multi-sensory experiences. Three hotel rooms at @thestandardmiami have been transformed into distinct vignettes conceptualized by @supermarketcreative via furniture provided by @thefutureperfect and a select group of its artists and designers. Marking The Standard brand’s 25th anniversary, the Silver Disco space is presented alongside Wabi Sabi and Glam concept rooms.    Spanning past, present, and future, the installation combines a diorama exhibition with heritage and contextual information, exploring the impact of disco on design across furniture, textiles, lighting, audio, and art.    Featured pieces by: @anncarringtonart, @balmaceda_studio, @bocci, @bowerstudios, @chenandkai, @chriswolston, @dimoremilano, @floris_wubben, @ian_collings, @lazzarinipickering, @philippemalouin, @pinch_london, @r.sanguino, @shore.studios, @thompsonstreetstudio, @usmmodularfurniture, and more. The Standard Archive #19: The Standard x Zara, featuring Fai Khadra. In 2022, we collaborated with Zara on a summer capsule collection: Meet Me at The Standard. The colorful pieces drew inspo from our iconic pool scenes and featured Standard iconography: our yellow Miami stripes and the Le Bain sign from The Standard, High Line. Shot at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach, the campaign starred model and architect Fai Khadra. Fashion photographer Axel Joseph blends the bright and playful energy with the sleek and refined style of the pieces.
