Such a pleasure to collab with Director @meggamez & DP @josh_saideman on these Welches Spots 💕 I love seeing my renders next to the actual sets <3 Pre-vis is truly one of my favorite parts of the process, I could spend all day texturing and tinkering with my digital sets, if there was ever enough time in the day, lol! Always love working with @christhedirector & @powell_robinson After the scout, Powell & I sat down, chatted through shots with Chris, and then planned out how to light the room with practicals. Such a dream for me- Im forever a lamp gurlie. On set a few days later it was so satisfying to see the room look exactly like my render, Im so happy with how this came out! HALSEY: Love and Power Tour I might be a bit late to the ball with this one but I loved working with @robwittdidit and @juliendemersarsenault_perso to make these grungy sets. I can't resist posting them (even if its months late.) U2 SPHERE 2023: Gosh- time to finally post this one- What a whirlwind- before I knew it I was on a plane to Colombia to shoot this spot. The entire crew was phenomenal, from the whole creative team to the crew, everyone gave it their all. I don't normally post my work on Instagram- it's a little slice of space to embrace my human-ness without feeling the need to capitalize on it or show off for clout- but this project is so special to me- so fuck it. These are some of my favorite sets to date and I'm so proud to share them and celebrate our amazing team! Rolling into 2022 like:

Ive abandoned the concept of time, The idea of yesterday is replaced with a feeling. Moments of time traded for a wash of serenity, joy or melancholy. Living for the emotions that punch you in the gut and leave ripples.

My heart is full, my pockets heavy, my brain is numb and life’s messy. // I spend so much time feeding the machine it’s important to steal back time for myself, even just for a Sunday. It helps remind my burnt out brain that I “get to” do my passion every day. I am so privileged to experience life in a way I never dreamed, it reminds me how much work there is to do so we can all dream big together ❤️ Prioritizing time off and my self worth has opened my eyes to my blessings and the community work I can contribute to 🙏 it’s hard to see where to go when you’re looking for where to step.

I feel a new era of my life One where I embrace art as a life force. Where i throw out fucks to give for things that dont serve me and dial in on what makes my heart explode. Ive stopped reducing life down to a series of brain chemicals, because this illusion, is real for me either way. So I might as well frolic in the fields and sing when I want to and cherish this blessing to live and breath. Ive grappled in my search for meaning so deeply that I didn’t see it right in front of me, ready to be diluted and drank at every meal, a gratitude for the gaze over my eyes.
