The Sharks of Revillagigedo islands 🦈 🇲🇽 Part 3 The whitetip reef shark is a slim, medium-sized shark characterized by its white-tipped dorsal and tail fins that give this species its name. Whitetip reef sharks are known for using their slender bodies to maneuver through caves and crevices throughout their coral reef habitats in the Indian and Pacific Oceans. Whitetip reef sharks grow to an average length of 5.3 feet (1.6 m). The Sharks of Revillagigedo islands 🦈 🇲🇽 Part 2 Hammerheads are aggressive hunters, feeding on smaller fish, octopuses, squid, and crustaceans. They do not actively seek out human prey, but are very defensive and will attack when provoked. An average length for hammerheads is 13.1 feet (4 m) and weight of 500 pounds (230 kg). I was lucky to see a few hammerheads throughout the expedition, but they were all a bit shy. The Sharks of Revillagigedo islands 🦈 🇲🇽 Part 1 Silky shark is an active, fast and aggressive shark. It is frequently found with schools of tuna. These sharks have this name for the smooth texture of their skin. The average size for Silky shark is 7.1 ft, however some may mature up to 11 ft. I was lucky to play w a few of these pretty beasts near Roca Partida island. The smallest of the four Revillagigedo Islands. Essentially, it’s just a big rock in the middle of the ocean. 👀 The last slide is BTS of a dolphin encounter 🐬, bc I didn’t get any of the Silky 🦈. But dolphins are cute , right ? A very cheesy campaign for @bothwellcheese and @gayleafoodscoop 🧀 About the rigs: Video 1: Talent’s elbow is guided by a motorized slider. Jalapeños deployed on command with pneumatic force, while the moco arm performs the move. The cheese brick is being rotated by another trigger motor. Jalapeños action recorded at 800 fps. Video 2: Another guided cheese pull with the motorized slider. The same motorized slider mounted horizontally pouring maple syrup on the product. Video 3: Moco precision operating through the stations of the product with an action in the end. Video 4: Poutine pull , the motorized slider is guiding talent’s elbow for the precision of the frame and focus.
